About The Comfort Dental One Year Dental Care Plan

This is a discount dental plan, not dental insurance, and is secondary to any other dental plan.
It cannot be used:

  • In conjunction with another dental plan.
  • For services for injuries covered under workman’s compensation.
  • For dental care costs covered under automobile or medical.

Please be advised:

  • This plan is honored at Comfort Dental Care of Brookline only. The plan expires 1 year from enrollment date. Services must be received within enrollment period.
  • The plan is NON-REFUNDABLE.  Cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • The Patient’s portion of the bill is due day of service.
